The Right Ring Process
Step 1: Choose your base ring. Pick a ring that most closely resembles your ideal engagement ring. This ring will serve as the base configuration, but every part of the ring, from the band to the stone, is customizable!
Step 2: Choose a diamond, metal color, and band shape. You can gather info from the Learn page to specify what you would like. Any additional changes can be adjusted later in the ring builder
Step 3: Add customization options. Add any additional features that make your ring unique. All features are explained in detail on the Customization Options page.
Step 4: Choose your budget (this choice is only applicable if you choose to have our jewelry professionals select a stone for you).
Step 5/Summary Review: Place a $500 deposit through our website. This is the last step in the ring builder.
Step 6: Your jewelry professional will send your interactive 3D model of the ring within 48 hours (usually less).
Step 7: If you have chosen a diamond, your jewelry professional will send you videos and pictures of your diamond/stone (FaceTime option available). If you have not chosen a stone yet, your jewelry professional will provide options within your specified budget.
Step 8: Your jewelry professional will reach out with a final estimate to be approved by you.
Step 9: An additional deposit will be asked to be provided (half the amount of the total). This can be done with credit card over the phone, online, Zelle, or with a check.
Step 10: We will send you a 3d printed resin of the ring. This is the real life size of the ring.

How quickly can this all be done? Step 1-5 can be completed at your own pace, within minutes. Step 6 will usually take us 1 business day, or within 48 hours. Step 7-9 can be done with one text, call or an email thread. Step 10 might take us overnight to 2 days to 3D print your ring and ship it to you (you can elect to skip this step if you wish). Allow 5-7 business days for the resin to arrive (we can always ship faster, which will cost more).
