University, Annie's interest in helping couples communicate better has grown into an ability to offer sound advice to couples. She has counseled many couples casually and through her website, The Right Ring.com.

Paul Pezza, Co-Founder of The Right Ring, LLC and “Ask Annie Ask Paul” has spent the last 12 years as Vice President and Financial Advising Consultant for a premier financial institution. In his role, he has dealt with many different people, and many different personalities—both men and women. As a result of his experience he has gained a comprehensive understanding of the human psyche, social interaction and relationships.

As the traditional family man and “guy's guy”, Paul brings the male perspective to the “Ask Annie Ask Paul” advice column on The Right Ring.com. From how to deal with fiancé meltdowns to running in-law interference, Paul provides men and women with strategic tips and tricks to pre-empt and avoid the worst “just engaged” moments.

Paul and Annie have been married since 2003 and have a 2-year-old daughter, Francesca.
